Summary
About the role
Primary purpose of the job is to provide administrative duties primarily to Hallen also to include any of the south sites as and when required.
Key Responsibility
- Ensure equipment and consumable are available as required ·
- Carry out monthly purchase card administration ·
- Fuel stock administration data entry.
- Update records on safety, environmental and quality incidents ·
- Support Site Manager & Stocks Manager
- Provide safety inductions for contractors and drivers and update records
- Assist in financial planning, internal and external audits
- General administration duties to include filing, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Keeping track of site maintenance schedule (Maximo)
- Organising and keep records for equipment calibration (e.g. Fuel Quality)
- Organise monthly interceptor sampling and update records
- Travel booking and diary management
About You
The successful candidate will have good GCSEs in English and Maths, experience providing administrative support, raising and understanding purchase orders and invoices, managing supplies of office consumables, and the ability to work under their own initiative. They will also be able to manage online record systems and monitor and manage budgets. An NVQ in Office Administration (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office qualifications in Excel and Word are required, and knowledge of SAP is also desirable.
