Site Administrator - Hallen

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team at Hallen. This role provides essential administrative support to the Hallen site and other locations in the South Region when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment and consumable are available as required ·
  • Carry out monthly purchase card administration ·
  • Provide support for Fuel Stock Accounting as requested from ‘hub locations’.
  • Update records on safety, environmental and quality incidents ·
  • Support Site Manager ·
  • Provide safety inductions for contractors and drivers and update records
  • Assist in financial planning, internal and external audits
  • General administration duties
  • Organising and keep records for equipment calibration (e.g. Fuel Quality)
  • Organise monthly interceptor sampling and update records

About You

 

To succeed in this role, you will need good GCSEs in English and Maths, along with experience in providing administrative support and basic accounting. You should be comfortable managing online record systems and monitoring budgets. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with both operators and management.

 

It would be advantageous if you hold an NVQ in Office Administration (or equivalent), have Microsoft Office qualifications in Excel and Word, and possess knowledge of SAP. Experience working in a site-based office environment is also desirable.
