Payroll & People Co-ordinator - Site based

We are seeking a Payroll & People Co-ordinator to join our friendly and motivated People Operations Team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work for an international company.

About the role
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring all business processes that impact on payroll, such as starters, leavers and other payroll related changes are managed accurately and in line with the payroll timetable. Proactively handle first line internal and eternal People and Payroll related queries, escalating where appropriate. In addition you will support the People function with general administration, including all onboarding actively, general changes, maintaining the HR system.
About You
Highly literate and numerate you will have 5 GCSEs (A to C) or equivalent, including Maths, English and Science. Your experience to date will include Payroll & HR Administration along with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and HR Systems (ideally HR-SAP). You will be able to manage your own workload, combining the need for discretion with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels with a strong financial acumen.
