The main objectives as that position are as follows:

Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and security posture of the global infrastructure.
Responsible for all stages of development and implementation of several IT / OT SecOps Services & Projects at various locations at any one time.
Ensure that all work is executed on time and to budget/estimates and in full compliance with company standards and UK/European legislation.
Oversees multi-disciplined Exolum and contract team members who conduct BAU and project related activities on behalf of Exolum.

The key responsibilities among others that will be discussed in the interview are:

Responsible for the apps of appropriate regulations and standards, and management of any deviations from standards.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and security posture of the global infrastructure. This involves:
o Configuration and maintenance
o Design and defense
o Testing and remediation
o Policy development
o Threat identification and Investigation
Manage SecOps projects involving IT/OT technology systems and infrastructure.
Ensure SecOps projects are allocated, planned, and executed according to plan, budget and scope.
Plan and manage the SecOps programme of works for IT / OT systems in line with company standards and relevant UK / European legislation, COMAH Cyber Security, NIS, ISO27001 etc.
Produce detailed programme of works/Gantt charts for assigned work / projects etc.
Coordinate the work of different teams and delegate tasks where appropriate.
Report on activities and provide relevant information to management.
Manage documentation/data/records within document management systems.
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of assets, equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
To be a key contributor in the planning budget forecasts for submission to the Leadership Team for approval in line with Exolum agreed business strategic and budget plans.
Work to standard, procedures, and work instructions for Safety Critical Tasks in order to meet Standards and regulations requirements
Ensure all tasks carried out conform to company policies, procedures, and systems
Comply with the Values and Fundamental Principles of Exolum
Be responsible, regardless of position, for the health, safety and security of yourself, colleagues, and customers in accordance with Exolum business and HSEQ principles
Be individually responsible for bringing to the notice of Line Management any potential hazard to health, safety, or the environment of which you know or learn, in order that the hazard can be eliminated or significantly reduced; and for reporting any incidents relating to work activities

Requisitos
We are looking for an Operations Analyst Coms& Sec (Global SecOps Engineer) who wants to join our team whose main tasks will be to maintain and operate the Communications and Security systems. You can be our candidate if you have a university degree preferably in computer science, telecommunications or similar and meet the following requirements:

- Technical background in the security area.
- Knowledge and expertise in technologies such as WAF, IPS, Antivirus, Proxys, Networks and firewalls.
- Knowledge of regulations, such as ISO27001 and NIST.
- High level of English, written and spoken.
- Communication skills and customer focus.
- Proactive and dynamic.
