Terminal Administrator – Immingham East and West
About the role
We are looking for a new Terminal Administrator to join our Immingham Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the terminal’s Quality Management System and ensuring effective documentation control across all operational activities. You will play an important part in supporting our operations and safety teams through accurate record‑keeping, coordinating external training aligned with the training plan, and assisting with scheduled internal audits.
You will also help maintain our ISO 9001 accreditation by supporting audit preparation, managing audit plans, consolidating quality documentation, and preparing monthly reports. This administrative role is key in helping the terminal operate efficiently, safely, and in line with Exolum policies, procedures, and values.
About You
You will bring experience in administration, auditing or quality assurance and be confident using IT systems and producing well‑organised documentation. You are proactive, thorough and professional in your approach, with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 would be an advantage, but not essential.
You take pride in accuracy and consistency, enjoy supporting others, and are comfortable managing multiple tasks. You will naturally demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering high‑quality work.
